I have my Masters degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of St. Thomas in Minneapolis, MN. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and a board-approved clinical supervisor for LPCC's and LPC's. I am a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Therapist. I have advanced training in sex therapy. I am pursuing a certification from the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT).

I use CBT, DBT, and mindfulness. This just means that I help you to connect your thoughts, feelings and behaviors, and then teach you how to work through each crisis. I love using positive affirmations and self-esteem exercises. I want you to know your worth by the time we finish our work together.

I am Cis/Het, but very connected with the LGBTQIA+ community. Very comfortable with queerness + Christianity. I like to think I'm funny. Sometimes I feel like I survive on memes and froyo. I grew up in the church, and so I have firsthand knowledge of how damaging purity culture can be. I know how hard it can be to talk about sex, especially when the church/society has had negative messages about your sexual orientation/ expression/gender identity.

I am sex & kink-positive, always welcoming to clients who are LGBTQ (whether open about it or not), and love working with poly/non-monogamous clients. As far as PMAD clients, I love helping clients out who have experienced birth trauma, infertility, and postpartum anxiety/OCD.
